SPONSORSHIP
THE MAIN SPONSORER :
TITLE SPONSORSHIP :
The show will be re-christened as (your
company/product name) KALAKAR AWARDS which will appear on
all Newspaper Advertisements, Stationery, Invitation Cards, Trophy,
Hoarding, Calendar, Souvenir, press release and other publicity
transcripts etc. before, during, and after the event.
HOARDINGS :
Like every year, this year also we are assured of minimum 10 hoardings, all around the city in prime
locations, which will have your products name as the Title Sponsor.
TELEVISION :
1. The entire show will be
covered by Renowned TV Channel.
2. The curtain raisers
of the program will also be telecast on TV.
3. As
every year Doordarshan, Zee News, Tara News, ETV and others shall cover
the event in their cultural round up and News Section.
MAIN GATE :
At main gate entrance – A huge Banner will be
exclusively dedicated to your company alongwith supporters at the venue
for the event.
NEWSPAPERS :
A) The Display ads being
published in Hindi, English, Bengali and Urdu Newspaper will exclusively feature your company logo every time with
the most prominent position as the Title Sponsor covering an large
readership base all over the country offering you great mileage
benefits.
B) As every year a colourful Full Page
Supplement prominently featuring your Company’s logo will be published in
Roznama Rastriya Sahara Urdu Daily, Dainik Viswamitra – Hindi
Daily, Prabhat Khabar – Hindi Daily and others on the day of the function,
the same will be distributed complimentary to all the invitees on the day
of the Awards Ceremony also to stars & celebrities in Bollywood & Tollywood.
STAGE :
A) Being the Title Sponsor, The
Stage Backdrop shall prominently feature your company product and its
logo, this is an impactful area for mileage as all Newspaper photographs,
Television Coverages etc. will carry the same on various dates even after
the show.
B) The Compere shall mention your
company’s product name and any specific details you wish to incorporate at
regular intervals during the award ceremony. Your advertisements can be
shown exclusively on the giant video screens at the
venue.
C) The Head/Representative of the
Sole-Sponsorship Company will enjoy the right to distribute a couple of
awards to the winners on the stage.
INVITATION CARDS :
A) Your company’s name,
product logo shall feature on the invitation cards, as (your company)
Kalakar Awards. This creates immense awareness and especially possessing a
larger retention value.
B) The Invitation Cards for
the Cocktails and Dinner with the awardees will prominently bear your
company’s name/logo. You may kindly intimate us well in advance for the
requirements of the Invitation Cards for both the above events.
RECEPTION CUM COCKTAIL DINNER :
Immediately after the Award
Ceremony, we Traditionally roganise hold a gathering Cocktail
Dinner
Reception in honour of all the Awardees, Stars & celebrities,
Sponsorers & Oranising Board Members.
TheVenue shall prominently display your company/ Product Logo etc. as
per your requirement. We can even place a few Banners on your
behalf.
SOUVENIR :
A Souvenir is printed every year
that contains clippings and photographs last 17 years programme. The same
are distributed to Awardees. Guests, Press and other Dignitaries present
on the Ceremony day. The Name & Logo of the Title Sponsorer will be
printed in the Souvenir Prominently. The Souvenir shall also be sent to
eminent citizens of the city.
CALENDAR :
We print a yearly calendar, which is sent to all our
past awardees and associates in the Mumbai and kolkata Film Industry as
well as the glitterati of kolkata. This calendar will exclusively bear
your company’s name, logo, giving your company immense presence throughout
the year life.
TROPHIES :
The Kalakar Awards Trophy is in itself unique and
artistic fruit of creativity. The plaque bearing the Awardee’s name and
category of Award will exclusively bear your company’s name/logo, giving
it an unending Retention Value.
ON SCREEN :
Company Project promos shall be displayed on
screen during the Award Ceremony amongst a large gathering of the elite of
the society present. It contains high esteem mileage. It is one of its own
kind of on screen display in any such mega event.
COMMITTEE :
The Head/Representative of Title Sponsorship
Company shall be given a special place in the Committee and will be
invited in all the meetings & discussions. Advice will be taken from
him/her to make the programme more successful and meaningful.
AFTER PROGRAMME HONOUR :
A week after the Award Ceremony, a
get together function will be organized in honour of the participants of “KALAKAR AWARDS”. The “MAIN SPONSORER” shall be specially
honoured in a befitting manner.
It can be clearly seen that the “MAIN SPONSORER” will get a huge amount
of mileage and publicity.
Apart from the above we welcome your suggestions to make the programme
more colourful & classy.
